Our Mechanical Engineers, Electronics & Software Engineers, Industrial Designers and countless support Technicians work hand-in-hand - and intimately with your team - to conduct rapid design/test/refine cycles. Our in-house Product Development Lab produces prototypes that are operationally effective and substantially equivalent to your final product.

Each iteration is subjected to a battery of verification tests in our labs to ensure design requirements are met. Accelerated stress tests guarantee the designs are durable and long-lasting. Deficiencies are identified and the design further refined.

Once informal testing is complete, and the product is nearing its final iteration, a Final Design Review freezes the design. An engineering release puts the documentation under formal change controls in anticipation of your Regulatory Submittal.

Verification models of your product are built under strict engineering controls. Design testing is performed using a prospective test protocol. Successful verification tests leads to a Critical Design Review/Phase End Review and approval for Pilot Production.
